The chemicals we use are also diluted based upon how dirty a property is. With our equipment it is standard procedure to hook up to the customers’ water supply to keep our tanks full as we clean the property. If a property is located where there is no water or a property has a slow well that will be factored into the price, as we would have to pack up and refill our tanks and come back for completion.
